Commandant's Commendation Ribbon:

This is the highest Award in the Platoon, awarded for a record of outstanding consistent service with character and devotion recommended on many different occasions and additionally 10 years of loyal service in the Platoon.
It can only be awarded by the founder of Tiger Platoon.

 

Black Tuesday June 28th LOYALTY Ribbon:

All personnel who remained loyal and stuck with Tiger Platoon through some of it's darkest days leading up to and after June the 28th "Black Tuesday" 2016 have been awarded with this ribbon. This ribbon is a direct recognition of their loyalty towards the Platoon, it's values and overall the brotherhood of Tigers. This is a one time award, this specific ribbon will never be awarded again. Wear it with pride gentlemen.

 

Outstanding Conduct Ribbon:

 

This ribbon can be awarded to any Platoon member with the exception of recruits for outstanding conduct on and off the battlefield. (think about voip program, forum activity (AAR reports), on the battlefield and consistently showing the good example.) This ribbon can only be awarded by the NCOIC.

 

 Good Conduct Enlisted Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded to enlisted personnel of Tiger Platoon for good conduct on and off the battlefield. (think about voip program, forum and on the battlefield and consistently showing the good example). This award is only eligible for Enlisted personnel.

 

Achievement Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for extraordinary work completed for the Platoon. (E.g : Website, server administration, quality marketing for the Plt)

 

Armed Forces Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded to any members who have completed their military service or are on active duty at this moment in time in their respective country. Additionally this medal is a recognition for any missions a individual in this Platoon has taken part in. (Bosnia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Horn of Africa and other.)

 

NCO Proffesional Development Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded to a Non-Comissioned Officer in the Platoon, who has served as a NCO for the minimum duration of 1 year, actively partaking in this units actions - on and off the field.

 

Leadership Excellence Ribbon:

This ribbon can be awarded to any Platoon members with the exception of recruits. In the heat of battle, a senior ranking soldier in the Platoon might fall and enlisted personnel might have to take over. This award is awarded for excellent consistent leadership, grasping the bigger picture strategically, tactically, communication wise and fighting the way of Tiger Platoon. This award has to be recommended.

2 IC AWARD Ribbon

 Is awarded to personnel of Tiger Platoon for consistently acting as 2IC in a squad on the battlefields of Project Reality. Acting in the best interest of the squad at hand. Handling and ensuring arcs are covered, ammunition is distributed and wounded are being treated, so that the IC can handle all radio traffic while dealing with the overall picture on the battlefield. This ribbon is not eligible to Recruits.

 

Soldiers Ribbon:

This ribbon can be recommended by all personnel from the enlisted ranks through to the top of the Chain-of-Command. Your buddy must saved your life and the rest of your squad in face of a armed conflict against a well organised enemy. Involving initiative, self-sacrifice and a sense of duty to complete the mission - up close 'n personal with the enemy. Personally having taken down a minimum of 6 enemy combatants and revived your squad of minimum 5 squad members, after which your squad will continue to take the fight to the enemy. This must be recorded in one way or the other.

 

Joint Service Achievement Ribbon:

This ribbon can be awarded to individuals in other units who fight closely together with the Platoon in the 100+ PR server. To such a extend that it has a direct impact on the outcome of the battle. This must repeatedly be recommended by Platoon personnel.

 

Gold Lifesaving Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for those individuals who are such a crucial part of any military ; squad, team, platoon, company. The medic does everything in his power to get you home alive. For the die-hard combat lifesaver's within this Platoon who are excellent in their task to keep their squad operational and in the fight. This award can be recommended by enlisted personnel throughout the Chain-of-Command. You will need a minimum of 2 years of service in the Platoon and already have the Silver-Lifesaving Ribbon on your chest in order to be eligible for this award - with a outstanding record as a combat lifesaver. 

 

Silver Lifesaving Ribbon:

This ribbon can be awarded to personnel who have served a minimum of 1 year in the Platoon, be recommended on a dozen of occasions as a fantastic medic by Platoon personnel during important battles on 100+ events. Aspirants are not eligible for this award.

 

Recruit Training Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded to Junior Leaders or NCOs who have been responsible for aspirant training from start till finish on a consistent basis through a extended period of time.

 

Recruiting Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded to personnel who have recruited at least 4 aspirants into the Platoon. This must be recorded and the aspirant must include your name in his enlistment application. 

 

Aspirant Training Honor Graduate:

This ribbon is awarded to a recruit upon completion of his aspirant period in Tiger Platoon. If he throughout his period as a aspirant has delivered consistent outstanding results and completed his verbal final test with excellent results.

 

Commendation Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded to all aspirants who make it into the enlisted ranks within the Platoon.

 

Sharpshooter Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded to the best sharpshooters of the Platoon. Firing your rifle is not enough to earn this ribbon, being able to provide effective fire-support when required to the troops up close 'n personal. Reading the terrain, understanding and grasping when to break contact, fighting in alone or with a buddy behind enemy lines. To earn this award you need 4 screenshots of +20 - 0  during which you have been fighting with Platoon personnel and have a official recommendation from 2 other Platoon members.

 

Expert Small Arms Ribbon:

This ribbon can be awarded to enlisted members with the exception of recruits for outstanding use of their personal weapons in the heat of battle in Project Reality. This ribbon has to be recommended by JNCOs or NCOs for Enlisted personnel. NCOs are already expected to handle their personal weapons with excellence - this ribbon is therefore not eligible for NCOs.

AR Ribbon:

Awarded to Enlisted personnel for repeatedly having proven to be experts
of handling the AR in offensive and defensive operations. 
Additionally they need to grasp the bigger picture strategically and tactically for 
the usage of the AR in the overall squad operations.

AT Ribbon:

Awarded to Enlisted personnel for repeatedly destroying enemy 
armor, APCs other light vehicles.

Assault Ribbon:

Awarded to personnel who tackle the role of assault element 
extremely well.
Coping with the fast change of tempo from flanking maneuvers to tight 
and bloody CQB combat, always covering his buddy(s) 
back and always one step infront of the enemy. This ribbon is not eligible for Recruits.

Armor Ribbon:

Awarded to enlisted personnel for repeatedly having proven to be expert at handling the armoured vehicles on the battlefield, in offensive and defensive operations. Heavy vehicle operations require skills in multitasking; handling gunner/ driver seat, keeping the overall picture of the battlefield and upholding excellent communications. 

This award is not eligible for recruits.

AA Ribbon:

Awarded to enlisted personnel that consistently and effectively made a No-Fly zone above friendly forces and neutralise enemy aircraft in the process. 

Patience and skill to keep your fellow Tigers alive proves your worth with handling specific Anti Air weapons.

This award is not eligible for recruits.

Aviation Ribbon:

Awarded to enlisted personnel that have proven to be experts of handling aircraft above the battlefield, in offensive and defensive operations. A well skilled enlisted that not only carryout given missions with precision but also keep the aircraft flying to change the course of battle.

This award is not eligible for recruits.

Combat Service Support Ribbon:

Is awarded to personnel of Tiger Platoon who 
consistently have proven to effectively support the entire ''team''. 
In form of but not limited to driven logistics and logistics via aviation 
precisely dropping off supplies at requested co-ordinates. This is more often then not
seen as a 'non-sexy' role, yet is crucial to KILL the enemy, get reinforcements and ammunition and gain the overall victory on the battlefield.

 

Clan War Ribbon:

For extraordinary determination, for the achievement of extraordinarily important objectives by combat or for especially well conducted leading in a clan match a member in the Tiger Platoon regardless of his rank can be awarded with the clan war ribbon.

Nine Years Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for having served 9 years in the Platoon.

Eight Years Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for having served 8 years in the Platoon.

Seven Years Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for having served 7 years in the Platoon.

Six Years Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for having served 6 years in the Platoon.

 

Five Years Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for having served 5 years in the Platoon.

 

Four Years Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for having served 4 years in the Platoon.

 

Three Years Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for having served 3 years in the Platoon.

 

Two Years Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for having served 2 years in the Platoon.

 

One Year Service Ribbon:

This ribbon is awarded for having served 1 year in the Platoon.
